The Companies Act 2006 came into force on 1st October 2007. It was decided to re-register in advance from a public company to a private company and this took place on 3rd April 2007. As such, this website will be discontinued in due course.
A new website is currently under construction at www.spectrumltd.co.uk which will incorporate both the holding company, Spectrum Computer Services Limited, and the subsidiary company, Spectrum Computer Supplies Limited.
